Creating An Individualized Program...

From the list of key components described in your age group, combined with your goals you are working towards, Total WellBeing trainers start building an individualized program.  Grouping exercises and implementing small circuits, we utilize typical rest time into different challenges involving High Intensity Interval cardio, stretching tighter muscle groups, testing your balance, or working to a better range of motion in different joints. 

We ease you into training, building each session so that at the end of your workouts, you feel like you accomplished many of the criteria needed to see results in all aspects of your fitness. 

Modern Gym

1 on 1 Plans

"In person" training or ZOOM / FaceTime training where client(s) and the personal trainer are together at a designated hour to workout. 

Self Guided Plans

"Self Guided" training is programs designed so the client can workout on their own "in app" following a training plan designed by Total WellBeing.
