PHILOSOPHY
Motivate Positivity
People need a community in their corner to help them in their fitness journey. We encourage clients to enlist partners, family members, and friends who will be encouraging allies in their journey. Positive reinforcement is key to having people excel, which goes hand in hand with good motivation. Being able to listen to clients and bridging their learning gap, is crucial to understanding, prescribing and implementing exercises specifically for them.
Total WellBeing brings a professional approach to each session which includes an efficient and organized game plan for the day, while also understanding that issues arise and adaptability and flexibility is needed. Our focus is on clear communication, coherent explanations and simple demonstrations. We have a firm understanding of exercises so that when we chose an exercise, we are able to regress (make easier) or progress (intensify) that exercise to fit the client’s exercise level. Our goal is client’s success.
Growing up as a young athlete, I was inspired by many coaches as well as other athletes. I began my career in coaching (gymnastics/acrobatics) at 16 years old. I had no clue what philosophy was let alone had a philosophy of my own to guide me. On my journey, I understood more and more what drove me to help guide people to become healthier. I continued to expanded my knowledge in the field of movement and fitness. All through this time I myself was on a path of improving my physical fitness. This journey inspired my crusade to help people in the field of Personal Training.

Customization is Key
We individualize fitness and lifestyle programs for people to incorporate into their daily lives! We take each and every individual’s life story and create a healthy, well-developed exercise program that can be used to achieve goals that clients have or want to achieve in their lives. Each program is based solely on the individual and their body type which includes the Key Components to fitness.

We Are Here For YOU
We want clients to know that we have their best interest at heart, and are available for guidance, to listen, and to motivation with praise. We utilize behavior-change approaches with all clients to ensure self-efficacy and long-term success. We value continual education in the field of fitness and movement. It’s important that we have knowledge and experience with new equipment and/or techniques before introducing them to a client.
