Our Programs
Pricing Plans

I train people at Mid City Gym / Planet Fitness 54th street  / Blink 125 (all need gym memberships) as well as building gyms. 

I do membership based plans-Clients pay a monthly fee for a set number of workouts a week for the 4 weeks. Your options are: 12 week/24 week/ and 52 week pricing plan,

 

Range is $300-$2300 every 4 weeks based on which pricing plan you choose. 

1 on 1 Plans

"In person" training or ZOOM / FaceTime training where client(s) and the personal trainer are together at a designated hour to workout. 

Self Guided Plans

"Self Guided" training is programs designed so the client can workout on their own "in app" following a training plan designed by Total WellBeing.
